
Double cream 1x 300ml pot
Cocoa (organic is best) 2x tsp
Perfect sweet (sugar substitute) 3x tsp
Vanilla extract 1x tsp
Add ingredients to a bowl and whisk until thick.
Share into 4 glasses and decorate with a piece of organic chocolate.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 mins. Wow how easy is that, we keep two for the next day so its mousse twice in a week.
