This quick healthy salad is a lot more exciting than the word salad sounds. Its full of mega goodness and has my favourite super food avocado.
This is a great salad to make as you can substitute various things depending what you have in your fridge. As well as tasting great it looks so bright and shouts out happy food. This will without exception provide a great boost to your low-carb lifestyle.

We have become very good at minimising waste food and shopping wisely. One of the great benefits of a low-carb lifestyle which has surprised us is how much we have improved our carbon foot print. The amount of packaged waste has almost reduced to nothing, we have gone from three bags of rubbish to one a week and that has to be a big plus.
